For Australian customers: Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds. In the rare circumstance that an item arrives damaged (not caused by the carrier or yourself), we may offer a store credit at our discretion. Thank you for supporting a small artisan business.

For customers in the European Union: In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, without explanation. To exercise this right, contact us at sacrednilecandles@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your returned item in its original condition, we will issue a full refund within 14 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly described.
